Frank Baker Park (Baker Park) consists of 23 acres of park land and facilities on Buffalo Street. Baker Park is commonly divided into two distinct sections: Upper Baker and Lower Baker. There is no exact divide between the two, but the distinguishing characteristic is the difference in topography that occurs around the playground area, with "Upper Baker" consisting of mainly soccer fields and a separate parking area.

Baker Park has a 1 mile walking path with benches and picnic tables spread out and available for use. A pavilion available for renting with an indoor recreation room and seasonal bathrooms and drinking fountain, soccer fields, basketball courts, and 4 tennis courts.

Baker Park is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM from October 31st to April 30th and from 6:00 AM to 10:00PM from May 1st to October 30th.
